# Sikaru pricing

Sikaru is prepaid and usage-based. There are no plans, seats or monthly fees. Work draws from an organization's credit balance and stops when credits run out.

## What uses credits

- Model inference: each model has its own price in US dollars per million input, output and cached input tokens. List models and prices with `sikaru inference models`, or read `GET https://api.sikaru.ai/v1/models/{model}` (`pricing` field) with a project API key.
- Managed agents: the model calls they make, plus sandbox time and storage, charged per use.

## Adding credits

| --- | --- | --- |
| Agent top-up | An agent, from its wallet over HTTP 402 machine payments | $5.00 minimum per top-up; up to $500.00, or the organization's lower cap |
| Add credits | A person, in Billing at https://app.sikaru.ai | $5 to $500, whole dollars |
| Auto-reload | Automatic, with a saved card | Adds a fixed $5 to $500 when the balance falls below a threshold |

The first saved card adds a one-time $5 starting credit. A new organization can also start from an agent top-up alone. Admins can cap agent top-ups, turn them off, and set a monthly spend limit.
